Dr. Tangela Harris is a leadership strategist, prophetic voice, and transformational consultant who equips high-capacity leaders to recalibrate their lives, organizations, and legacy.

As Founder of ReAdjustment Bureau, she works at the intersection of executive leadership, spiritual intelligence, and strategic execution. Her focus is clear: help leaders move from reaction to intentional design; aligning vision, structure, culture, and personal wholeness so growth is sustainable.

Dr. Tangela brings a rare combination of marketplace experience, theological training, and prophetic discernment. Ordained as an elder and educated in biblical studies, leadership, and Kingdom development, she operates with both spiritual depth and operational precision. Her clients value her ability to identify unseen barriers, disrupt limiting cycles, and implement structured pathways forward.
